BEAM™ is a secure hosted family of integrated software applications built on a full GL Accounting backbone that ties together multiple data sources to track, measure, and improve portfolio revenue performance through highly detailed on-line metrics, intelligent campaign contact strategies, and complete account documentation. This unprecedented visibility to consolidated portfolio data delivers total real-time control, full investor support, and comprehensive debt purchasing and sales data. BEAM's native ability to immediately move information to and from outside servicers, attach third-party information to an account, and transfer complete or fractional portions of a portfolio to Agencies for treatment make it one of the most powerful organizational and business management tools in the Collections Industry.
Developed as an integral business process application for the Debt Industry, BEAM™ eliminates the complex and costly software obsolescence and upgrade problem by providing a secure Software as a Service (SaaS) environment that can grow or shrink monthly to meet ever-changing business needs. All BEAM™ software enhancements and updates are automatic and included in the hosted service to assure the latest capabilities to meet new requirements and regulations.
History of the Development Team
The BEAM™ project began four years ago with the idea that, if we could increase the speed and ease with which companies do business together, then more companies would. Debt purchasing, we reasoned, was becoming an industry that increasingly relied on the ability to pivot quickly to new strategies, including the ability to strategically outsource work to agencies and attorneys.
To make such a system work, the hardware and software engineering would have to be second-to-none. That's when Jerry Rubin stepped in. The fit was perfect. He had built Andrew Tobias' Managing Your Money in the 1980s (many millions of copies sold worldwide), followed on by a decade of contract and architectural work for major Wall Street investment firms like Fidelity and Ameritrade/AccuTrade. Now, as Chief Software Architect, his ability to build a new organization around ARM services a la BEAM™ would be instrumental.
Today, with the product rollout, BEAM™ will provide you more than you ever expected from an ARM software platform. And it really is much more than a platform. Here are some highlights:
